We prioritise timeless proportions and versatile finishes so a piece can continue working as rooms, layouts and styling preferences evolve.
Natural textures, durable surfaces and practical finishes are considered with everyday use in mind. Exact material details should always be checked in the product specifications.
Care, maintenance and thoughtful placement can extend the useful life of furniture and décor while reducing unnecessary replacement.
Where practical, packaging choices should protect the product efficiently while avoiding unnecessary excess. Packaging may vary by product and fulfilment route.
For product-specific composition, finish and care information, use the specifications and care guidance shown on the product page.
Use a clean, dry or slightly damp soft cloth. Avoid abrasive pads, rough brushes and harsh household cleaners unless the product specification explicitly permits them.
Use coasters, placemats, felt pads or protective liners where appropriate. Wipe spills promptly and avoid leaving standing moisture on finished surfaces.
Keep furniture and decorative objects away from prolonged direct sunlight, radiators, fireplaces and strong heat sources that may affect colour, finish or material stability.
When repositioning furniture, lift carefully with suitable assistance. Dragging can damage flooring, legs, joints and hardware.
Stone, glass, timber, metal, textiles, rugs and upholstered pieces can require different care. Follow any material-specific instructions supplied with the product.
Material
Refer to the product specifications for the exact composition, upholstery, timber, stone, metal, glass or decorative material used in this piece.
Finish
Grain, veining, texture, tone and surface character may vary where natural or artisan-inspired materials are used.
Construction
Assembly, hardware and structural details vary by product. Follow all included instructions and respect stated weight or use limits.
Review dimensions, finish details and product imagery carefully. Measure access routes, doorways and the intended placement area for larger furniture.
Allow the piece to settle into the room, then follow the product-care guidance to protect surfaces, textiles and finishes over time.
